Yes. General admission tickets, VIP tickets, and VIP upgrades will be available at the gate.
Can I upgrade my ticket to VIP if I’ve already purchased General Admission?
Yes, your GA ticket can be upgraded to VIP at the gate on festival day.
There will be limited seating in some areas of the festival grounds, but seating is not guaranteed.
Can I bring a chair or blanket to sit on?
Yes, feel free to bring any single-person chair or blanket to sit on. Space for seating may be limited and will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Are there separate stages for the performances?
There will be two stages in 2024: the main amphitheater stage and the discovery stage. None of the set times will overlap, so every band on the lineup can be seen.

WHAT'S INCLUDED WITH VIP?
Fest admission, dedicated on-field viewing, unlimited access to The Handlebar Lounge featuring relaxed seating, shade, and restrooms, private bar with drinks for purchase, dedicated VIP food for purchase, complimentary water refill station in Lounge, and dedicated entrance into festival.
WHAT TIME DO THE GATES OPEN?
Festival gates open at 1 p.m. on Saturday, November 9th. The first band is set to take the stage 1 hour after the gates open.
Small clutches, purses, wallets, crossbody bags, and fanny packs are permitted. Small bags or fanny packs should not exceed approximately 4.5″ x 6.5″ with or without a handle or strap. All bags are subject to search.
WHEN WILL NIGHT MOVES FEST EVENTS BEGIN?
On November 9th at Maritime Park - Fest doors open at 1, first band take the stage at 2 p.m.
WHERE DO WE PARK? CAN I TAKE AN UBER/LYFT?
Limited parking is available at the festival grounds on a first-come, first-served basis. Street parking is typically available nearby, but we cannot guarantee its availability during the event. Ubers and Lyfts will be able to drop you off close to the festival grounds.
Re-entry to the festival grounds will be allowed until 5 p.m.
IS FREE WATER AVAILABLE? ARE WATER BOTTLES ALLOWED?
Yes, water will be available. Empty hydration packs and water containers up to 32 ounces are allowed. Please fill your empty water containers up at a water station once inside the festival.
I purchased a ticket online but I can’t find it in my email. Where is it?
You should have received an email from Ticketsilver containing your QR code ticket and your proof of purchase. Please email info@nightmovesfest.com if you did not receive your ticket.
CAN I TRANSFER A TICKET TO A FRIEND?
Yes. However, the name on the ticket will need to be changed. Tickets must list the name of the guest in attendance. Please contact info@nightmovesfest.com to change the name on a ticket.
I CAN NO LONGER ATTEND, CAN I GET A REFUND?
Unfortunately, we cannot issue ticket refunds unless the festival is canceled.
WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?
Night Moves Fest is a rain-or-shine event. Performances and other festival activities will continue as normal if it rains. If severe weather occurs, we will ask patrons to return to their cars or escort them to shelter at the Blue Wahoos Stadium until the storm passes and we can resume the festival. If severe weather results in a cancelation of the event, there are contingency plans in place for rescheduling.
I’D LIKE TO BE A PHOTOGRAPHER FOR NIGHT MOVES FEST. HOW DO I APPLY?
Night Moves Fest is not currently accepting photographers for the event, as photographers and videographers have already been hired to capture the event.

Yes. Our guests’ health and safety are our top priority. Prescription medications are allowed ONLY in the original bottle with an identification matching the prescription label. Over-the-counter medications are allowed. Outside food and drinks are not allowed into the festival; however, exceptions can be made for those with dietary restrictions.
